Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SimpleClick ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

SimpleClick is a digital management platform designed for use by the Grand Lodge of Florida, Free and Accepted Masons, and its subordinate lodges.

2. Eligibility

To use SimpleClick, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a member in good standing of a lodge under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Florida, or be authorized by such a lodge to use the Platform
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide your accurate Grand Lodge member number and personal information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Account registration is subject to approval by your Lodge Secretary. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at any time.

4. Permitted Use

You may use SimpleClick to:

• Check in to lodge meetings and events
• Track and report charitable activities
• Monitor ME-1A education program progress
• View attendance records and lodge statistics
• Access features appropriate to your assigned role

Access to certain features depends on your role (Member, Secretary, DDGM, Grand Lodge Officer, etc.) as assigned by authorized administrators.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• Share your login credentials with others
• Submit fraudulent attendance or charitable activity records

6. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to the Platform, including:

• Attendance check-ins
• Charitable activity reports (volunteer hours, donations)
• Education program participation
• Personal profile information

Submitting false or fraudulent information may result in account suspension and reporting to appropriate Masonic authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SimpleClick and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our express written permission.

Data you submit remains associated with your lodge and the Grand Lodge of Florida for official Masonic record-keeping purposes.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance (typically during early morning hours)
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend access for security or technical reasons

We are not liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLECLICK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimpleClick, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• We may retain your data as required for Masonic record-keeping
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SimpleClick regarding your use of the Platform.
